Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 11, 2016, Hardinge Inc. ("the "Company" or "Hardinge") issued a press release announcing the Company’s fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial results. Copies of the press release and the presentation slides used in connection with the Company’s earnings conference call and webcast on 2015 are respectively included as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. On February 9, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2016 to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2016.
