Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 11, 2016, Guidance Software, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three-month and twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as a part of this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
