Effective February 8, 2015, Lucie Letellier tendered her resignation as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. There was no disagreement between the Company and Ms Letellier regarding the Company’s operations or financial reporting obligations.


A copy of this Form 8-k has been provided to Ms. Letellier.
