On February 8, 2016, PartnerRe Ltd. issued a press release reporting its 2015 fourth quarter results. A copy of the press release, as well as a financial supplement, are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
