On February 3, 2016, the Company held a conference call to discuss the matters set forth in the press release entitled “Newtek Business Services Corp. Reports 2015 Common Stock Dividend Tax Allocation” (the “Press Release”), a copy of which was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 2, 2016 and is incorporated by reference herein. In conjunction with the call, the Company also distributed an investor presentation, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
