Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 2, 2016, Gulfport Energy Corporation issued a press release reporting its year-end 2015 proved reserves, providing an operational update for the quarter and year-end December 31, 2015 and scheduling its fourth quarter and full-year 2015 financial and operational results conference call. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
