Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 4, 2016, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015, and announcing that a conference call to discuss such results will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on February 4, 2016.
