Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 4, 2016, Evans Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release setting forth its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter of 2015.  The Corporation also provided supplementary financial information on its web site, including financial information disclosed in connection with its press release, and provided electronic presentation slides on its web site. Copies of the press release and electronic presentation slides are included in this Report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are furnished herewith.
