Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Attached as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report is a slide presentation that CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to use for future investor and public relations, and other corporate purposes. It contains supplementary information relating to the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. There have been no changes to the Company’s previously reported financial results for such quarter.
