Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 3, 2016, CEB Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to its earnings for the three months and year ended December 31, 2015 and provided 2016 guidance.
On February 1, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2016 of $0.4125 per share payable on March 31, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2016. Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a new $150 million stock repurchase program, which is authorized through December 31, 2017.
