Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 1, 2016, GNC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized and declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2016 of $0.20 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about March 25, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016.
