Webinar – Presentation and Script

On January 27, 2016, CNL Growth Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on January 21, 2016 its board of directors approved $8.65 per share as the estimated net asset value of the Company’s common stock as of December 31, 2015 (the “2015 NAV”). On January 29, 2016, the Company is holding a webinar to present its 2015 NAV. A copy of the presentation and the script relating to the webinar are filed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
