On January 28, 2016, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has reinvested the majority of proceeds from previous non-core asset sales and reduced its floating interest rate exposure by $108.7 million. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
