Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 28, 2016, NTN Buzztime, Inc., issued a press release announcing its expectations for preliminary adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2015 and provided preliminary data with respect to certain non-financial metrics for 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
