Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 28, 2016 the Registrant issued a press release and held a conference call with analysts to report on the results of operations for the fourth quarter and full year for fiscal year 2015, which ended on November 30, 2015.
Furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release labeled “McCormick Reports Fourth Quarter Financial Results and Provides Financial Outlook For 2016,” which includes a Consolidated Income Statement for the three and twelve month periods ended November 30, 2015, a Consolidated Balance Sheet of the Registrant as of November 30, 2015, and a Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the twelve months ended November 30, 2015.
