Item 8.01. Other Events.
Centene Corporation (the “Company”) announced the pricing of an offering by Centene Escrow Corporation, its wholly owned subsidiary, of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.625% Senior Notes due 2021 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2024 in a press release dated January 28, 2016, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
