Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of Labor Smart, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a new common stock repurchase program, authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $2,000,000 worth of its common stock in the open market at times and prices as the Company deems fit. On January 26, 2016, the Company filed a press release announcing the new common stock repurchase program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
