(b) On January 26, 2016, James A. Dolce, Jr. notified Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the board of directors of the Company effective immediately.
A copy of the Company’s January 27, 2016 press release announcing Mr. Dolce’s resignation from the Board is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
