Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On January 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of FTE Networks, Inc. (“Company”) adopted a resolution to change the Company’s fiscal year end from September 30 to December 31, effective immediately as of the date of the board resolution. The Company will file its transition report on form 10-Q.
