Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On January 24, 2016, our Board of Directors changed the Company’s fiscal year end from September 30 to December 31, effective January 1, 2016. As a result of this change, the Company will file a Transition Report on Form 10-Q for the three-month period ended December 31, 2015, and the Company will file audited financials for the three-month period ended December 31, 2015 with its Annual Report on Form 10-K, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016.
