Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 25, 2016, MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc., mailed a letter to stockholders announcing the 2015 dividend allocation for ordinary and capital gains dividends, as well as announcing the Fourth Calendar Quarter regular and special distribution.
The full text of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
