On January 25, 2016, Anadigics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a competing bidder has made an unsolicited further amended offer to acquire the Company at a price of $0.76 per share. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
