Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective January 15, 2016, Gina Vascsinec, Zebra’s Chief Accounting Officer, is taking a medical leave of absence. At this time, Zebra cannot predict when Ms. Vascsinec will return to work.
In connection with Ms. Vascsinec’s leave of absence, effective January 15, 2016, Steve Boshold was appointed to serve as Zebra’s acting Chief Accounting Officer.
