On January 20, 2016, Founding Director Sidney B. Cox notified the Board of Directors of Central Valley Community Bancorp (the “Company”), of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company.
A press release dated January 22, 2016 was issued by the Company announcing the retirement of Sidney B. Cox, and his appointment as a Director Emeritus. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
