On January 19, 2016, GABC issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.18 per share which will be payable on February 20, 2016 to shareholders of record as of January 29, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
