Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 20, 2016, Turtle Beach Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary, unaudited financial information for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
