On January 20, 2016, FireEye, Inc. (“FireEye”) issued a press release regarding selected preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into these Items 2.02 and 7.01.
In addition, as described in the other Current Report on Form 8-K filed by FireEye with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Other Current Report”), FireEye will host a conference call on January 20, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time (5:00 p.m. Eastern time) to discuss FireEye’s recent acquisition of iSIGHT Security, Inc. On the conference call, FireEye will also discuss the selected preliminary financial results. The slides to be used in connection with the conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to the Other Current Report.
