On January 19, 2016, ParkerVision, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States International Trade Commission has instituted an investigation of the unfair trade practices committed by Apple Inc., LG (LG Electronics, Inc., LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., and LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc.), Samsung (Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC, and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.), and Qualcomm Incorporated as a result of the December 2015 complaint filed by ParkerVision. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
