(b)(c)(e) On January 18, 2016, The Mosaic Company (“Mosaic”) announced that effective June 1, 2016, Gary ("Bo") N. Davis, currently Mosaic's Senior Vice President - Phosphate Operations, will assume the role of Senior Advisor to Mosaic until his planned retirement effective January 3, 2017. Mr. Davis notified Mosaic's Board of Directors (the "Board") on January 14, 2016 of his intent to retire effective January 3, 2017.
Mosaic also announced the election of Walter F. Precourt, III, currently Mosaic's Senior Vice President - Potash Operations, as Senior Vice President - Phosphates, effective on June 1, 2016. At that time, Mr. Davis will cease to be Mosaic’s Senior Vice President - Phosphate Operations and Mr. Precourt will cease to be Mosaic's Senior Vice President - Potash Operations.
