On January 19, 2016, MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited revenue and gross profit results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
