On December 18, 2015, Band Rep Management, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Com*
pany") filed a
certificate of amendment (the "Amendment") to its Certificate of Incorporation *
with the Secretary of State
of the State of Nevada in order to change its name to "Sky Century Investment I*
nc." in order to better
reflect the direction and business of the Company. A copy of the Amendment is a*
ttached to this Current
Report as Exhibit 1.1.
