On January 14, 2016, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) (“TreeHouse”) issued a press release regarding preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 and preliminary earnings guidance for 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
