(b) Effective January 13, 2016, Frank Mancuso Jr. resigned as a member of the board of directors of Skyline Medical Inc. (the “Company”).
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective January 14, 2016, the board of directors of the Company appointed Richard L. Taney, a current director of the Company, to serve on its audit and compensation committees. The current members of the audit committee are Thomas J. McGoldrick, Andrew P. Reding and Richard L. Taney. The current members of the compensation committee are Thomas J. McGoldrick and Richard L. Taney.
