On January 14, 2016, Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing certain preliminary, unaudited financial information for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015, as well as updates concerning certain of its performance metrics. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company is furnishing this information under Item 2.02 in this Form 8-K.
