ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On January 12, 2016, IHS Inc., a Delaware corporation ("IHS" or "we" or "us" or "our"), issued a media release announcing earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended November 30, 2015. In addition, IHS posted to its website supplemental information related to the earnings and guidance information provided by IHS, including overviews of two recent acquisitions. The media release and supplemental information are furnished as exhibits to this Form 8-K and are posted on our website (www.ihs.com). In addition, the media release has been distributed through a newswire release.
