On January 12, 2016, Gladstone Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its board of directors declared monthly cash distributions for the Company’s common stock and 6.75% Series 2021 Term Preferred Stock for each of January, February and March 2016. The Company also announced its intention to report earnings for its first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2015, after the stock market closes on Monday, February 8, 2016. The Company’s conference call to discuss earnings will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. EST.
