ITEM 8.01 OTHER INFORMATION.
On January 11, 2016, Alpine 4 Technologies Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), provided a letter to its shareholders and employees which included information about the Company's plans for 2016 and beyond.
The letter, which was signed by Kent B. Wilson, the Company's CEO and CFO, discussed the plans for the Company's 6th Sense Auto technology, including expanding its uses and how the system interacts with dealerships, and transitioning to a broader business intelligence data delivery system.
The Company's letter is included as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report.
