On January 12, 2016, Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (the “Registrant”) will be presenting at the Needham 18th Annual Growth Conference ("Investor Conference"). A copy of the presentation slides to be used by the Registrant at the Investor Conference is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
