On January 8, 2016, SYNNEX Corporation (“SYNNEX”) issued a press release announcing that SYNNEX revised the record date previously announced on January 7, 2016 for the quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2016 to holders of record as of the close of business on January 19, 2016. The full text of SYNNEX’ press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
