On January 11, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, SCS Corporation Ltd., filed parallel actions on Friday January 8, 2016 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and before the American Arbitration Association against Tullow Guinea Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tullow Oil, PLC and Dana Petroleum (E&P) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Korean National Oil Company.

 

The press release and the actions filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and before the American Arbitration Association related to this announcement are filed as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2, and 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
