On January 11, 2016, officers of CytoSorbents Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) presented at the
Biotech Showcase™ 2016 conference. The Company’s presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
On January 11, 2016, the Company issued a letter to its stockholders summarizing the Company’s achievements in 2015 and the Company’s goals for 2016. The stockholder letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
