Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 11, 2016, Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain preliminary financial results for its third quarter ended December 26, 2015 in connection with its participation in the ICR XChange Conference to be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida, on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
