Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.
Effective January 5, 2016, the Company amended its Certificate of Incorporation, changing its name to Strata Skin Sciences, Inc. In connection with the amendment of its Certificate of Incorporation, the Company amended its by-laws to reflect the change of its name.
