Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure

Jason Wells, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation, the parent company of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Utility”), and a member of the Utility’s senior management, Geisha Williams, President, Electric, will meet with various investment professionals at the Evercore ISI Utility CEO Retreat 2016 One-on-One Conference to be held in Phoenix, Arizona on January 7 and January 8, 2016.  During the meetings, Mr. Wells and Ms. Williams will refer to the presentation slides that were used during PG&E Corporation’s earnings conference call and webcast held on October 28, 2015.  These materials previously have been furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form 8-K dated October 28, 2015 and can be accessed through the “Investors” section of PG&E Corporation’s website at www.pgecorp.com.
