On January 7, 2016, we announced in a press release that Larry W. Seay, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will retire on March 31, 2016. Mr. Seay will be succeeded by Hilla Sferruzza, our current Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 1, 2016. A copy of this release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
