Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 7, 2016, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial results on Monday, February 22, 2016 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
