Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 7, 2016, BioLife Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the preliminary financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The Company has announced preliminary biopreservation media revenue of $1.82 million. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
