Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 7, 2016, Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jo Ann Hall retired effective December 31, 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AuburnBank (the “Bank”) after 41 years of service. Ms. Hall had served as Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank since 2005. Prior to serving as Executive Vice President, Ms. Hall served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer of the Bank since 1994, and various other positions with the Bank since 1974.
The Company has distributed Ms. Hall’s responsibilities among various other Bank officers.
