Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 6, 2016, Recro Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive results from its Phase II clinical trial evaluating intravenous (IV) meloxicam for the treatment of acute pain following bunionectomy surgery. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
