On January 6, 2016, MaxLinear, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary fourth quarter 2015 revenue and providing preliminary revenue guidance for first quarter of 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
